Welcome to the Michigan Alliance for Person-Centered Communities!

MAPCC champions culture change within all long term care systems, serves as Michigan’s culture change coalition and is recognized by the Pioneer Network as a state coalition.

Through partnership and shared learning, MAPCC promotes an array of adult long term  supports and services that create strong communities deeply rooted in dignity and respect; rich with relationships and opportunities for self determination and personal growth for all.

MAPCC unites provider associations, workforce development organizations, government agencies, advocacy groups, educational institutions, and long term supports and services (LTSS). LTSS settings include skilled nursing homes, assisted living facilities, adult foster care homes, homes for the aged, hospice, adult day care, and home care agencies.
